String empty check in PLtsql_expr_query_mutator::add (#2467)

Implemented null checks within the string in PLtsql_expr_query_mutator::add method to address a crash triggered by the use of aliases with the AS keyword in debug builds.

This is a cherry-pick commit of #2432
