Markovrefactor (#149)

* Add speedup improvements for github actions ci

* ✨ Initial coversion to use django-markov

Switches from the internal version of markov models to the standalone django-markov app

* 🔥 Remove old tables

Peforms data migrations to new tables and then removes the old tables. See CHANGELOG for more info.

* 📝 Update docs for markov refactor

Also switch to mkdocs-gen-files to create module reference
