Add error handling for incoming write messages that are not allowed (#13)

If an incoming write message tries to update any data item that is set
to be not changeable, this will now cause the complete write not to be
executed and result in an error returned to the remote device

Fixes https://github.com/enbility/spine-go/issues/11
