Use the specific release when fixing up device history

Finding the component with a specific container or artifact checksum throws
away a crucial bit of information -- *which* specific release it matched.
This worked before as the latest release was typically what the user upgraded
to, and fu_release_load() happened to load the first [default] release.

To make this work correctly for downgrades, return the *release* node not the
*component* when returning results, and fix up the various users to look two
levels deeper when needing the shared component data.
