feat: expand api extra attributes

- on few APIs additional `expand` query argument can
be passed to retrive full object instead of just it's
id in response.
- `expand` queries are string based name of the field
that needs to be populated, for example, while listing
Invoices via ListInvoices, expand can be set with
["customer"] as a string array. This will populate the
BillingAccount `customer` object in Invoices returned in
response.
- Supported APIs with expand are:
  - GetBillingAccountRequest
  - ListBillingAccountsRequest
  - ListBillingTransactionsRequest
  - GetSubscriptionRequest
  - ListSubscriptionsRequest
  - ListInvoicesRequest
