* Add unit tests for providers/service.go

Make an github client dependency an interface
Add unit tests

* Rename ProvSvcGhOps to GitHubClientService, rebase atop the current master

* rename provSvcGhOps struct attribute

* Move GitHubClientService to under providers/github, drop GitHub prefix to avoid stuttering

* fix lint
