feature: Add token-fields to deal with token setup and hook to fetch metadata. [To be FIXUP]

The TokenFields hold the token-id and amount field, including fetching the metadata to support acceptable values in the amount input, i.e. decimals or integers only. Also, giving feedback when such information is not available for any reason.
