fix: Optimizer was assuming it is instantiated and called exactly once per assembly compilation - this turned out to be wrong which led to disastrous results when actively editing the code
perf: replace naive vectorization with more optimized version in ASCII case converter and ignore case comparer
feat: minor changes for the future interpolation work
