Improve profiling and output formatting (#26)

This update enhances profiling by tracking the application start time
and boot time separately, in addition to providing more detailed memory
usage and time metrics. Additionally, output formatting has been
improved by expanding color options and reconfiguring the display of
debugging and profiling information. This accounts for different
verbosity levels and can help users objectively assess and debug
execution time and memory usage.
