* Delay igvfd login until auth0-react indicates login.
* Try logging out of igvfd only after we detect authentication change in session context.
* Reload the page after logging out of igvfd.
* Update the login/logout process for reliability.
* Finish updating the current path after login or logout.
* Change the authentication domain to our custom domain.
* Remove a console.log
