optional `gmsh` integration for rectangles and boxes. (#112)

* added gmsh option for boxmesh

* remove erroneous inclusions.

* added gmsh option for rectangular mesh.

* removed hanging debug statements...

* turned refine back on for 2d case.

* try pip install gmsh instead of conda

* fixed dolfin-adjoint vs. dolfin mesh thingy:

* don't initialize gmsh with argv

* demote mshr to optional dependency, in terms of imports

* updated install script and removed mshr from depenences

* Remove mpich requirement

* use python script and call subprocess

* isolate gmsh to rank-one process

* add mamba to conda base

* forgot to push change to all locations

* Testing CI with python 3.8

* tested with python 3.9

* 7-wind_farm_2D_OM wind farm was outside of the layout bounds

* removed res from options

* cleaned up install script

* being more exact with conda options

* fix channel name, spell out all options, cleaning
