CSE Machine: improve how objects are handled in environments, change id behavior (#1600)

* Changed object creation behavior to make use of dummy bindings, and created new objectCount property for setting ids

* Update tests and bump version

* Add heap property to replace dummy bindings in head, and improve unique id code

* Fix test cases issues, move Heap class to another file

* Remove semicolons

* Formatting

* Change createProgramEnvironment

* Clean up and simplify some code

* Add new test cases for heaps and also cse-machine prelude

* Handle array creation from built-in functions, create new Array type

* Formatting

* Remove unnecessary string matching for id for other test cases

* Remove isAssmtInstr since it is no longer used

* Add final test case where id stays the same regardless of number of steps

* Standardise id position inside environment object

* Make environment of array writable to make life in frontend much easier
