IGVF-1536 Display markdown for audit text (#448)

* Replace custom link parser with the marked markdown processor.
* Transition to marked-react npm package, meaning we’ll temporarily have two marked packages installed, that I’ll fix in a future ticket. Have links in markdown open using the next/link component to avoid page reloads on clicks.
* Add Jest tests for the audit updates. Change the dark-mode color of inline code in markdown. Remove the new string-checking functions because I already had one of them, and rename the path-checking one.
* Point demo at https://igvfd-igvf-1456-refactor-audits.demo.igvf.org/.
* Revert temporary change to cdk config.
* Put the cdk mod back in place so that people can test IGVF-1456.
* Put in the *correct* URL this time.
* Final reversion of cdk config change.
