Add various statistical mean rules (#90)

This commit includes new rules regarding various statistical means,
including harmonic, geometric, contraharmonic, root mean square,
trimean, interquartile, and cubic means. These new rules have been added
to the corresponding schemas (full.json, full.php and full_clean.yml)
and their relevant checks have been outlined in the README with the
corresponding explanations. The 'cubic_mean' rule implementation has
also been removed from tests/schemas/todo.yml indicating its successful
implementation.
