This CL implements &amp;#39;madb group list&amp;#39;, and modifies the existing
&amp;#39;madb name list&amp;#39; and &amp;#39;madb user list&amp;#39; command implementation.

These list commands now use the third-party tablewriter package.
The items are sorted before being printed on the screen.
