Add `SIR_NO_TEXT_STYLING` build option to disable ANSI output styling; add `SIR_USE_EOL_CRLF` build option to use `CR`+`LF` line endings, instead of `LF`; switch Anaconda CI container from Anaconda to conda-forge Python; update Intel oneAPI DPC++/C++ to 2024.0.3 (via conda); update tested compiler versions and some minor cosmetic cleanups; drop any unnecessary use of `ccache` in CI containers; update Android NDK to latest prerelease build; bump upper Android API level from 33 to 35 (#404)
