audio-s5gen2: plugin for updating Qualcomm audio devices

Firmware Update Plug-in for Qualcomm Voice & Music Series 5 Gen 1 and
Gen 2, and Series 3 Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3.

The initial variant of the plugin allows to update devices based
on Qualcomm 5 series via USB HID. Tested with development board only.
