Migrate `AddRecoveryModuleDto` to `zod` (#1320)

This migrates the validation of `AddRecoveryModuleDto` to `zod`:

- Remove `AddRecoveryModuleDtoValidationPipe` and associated schemas.
- Add test-covered `AddRecoveryModuleDtoSchema` and infer types from it.
- Propagate type requirements.
- Update tests accordingly.
