Fixing some bugs in "corners up" Hex Grids (#1649)

Four bugs were found in HexGrids and fixed:

- The hex grid/ascii map was rotated 60 degrees from the blueprints
- HexGrid._makeOffsets() didn't reset the offsets before adding to them.
- HexGrid.changePitch() didn't differentiate between "corners up" and "flats up".
- HexGrid.pitch calculation was fixed.
