Differentiate file type from metadata format

Why these changes are being introduced:

Three classes extend SourceRecord directly: XMLSourceRecord, JSONSourceRecord, and now MarcalyxSourceRecord. Similar
to other previous muddled abstractions, these classes should be metadata format agnostic (e.g. FGDC vs ISO19139
or GBL1 vs Aardvark), but should provide any special case properties or functionality for that file type
or parsing of that file type.

How this addresses that need:
* docstrings updated
* new class MarcalyxSourceRecord created that defines a SourceRecord with a pre-parsed marcalyx.Record instance
