[Game] if you try to shoot from an armored tank the client disconnects: (#839)

- since there was a type cast error, I added a choice between: positionTarget, position2Target and position3Target;
- also changed the generator for objId from uint.MaxValue to ObjectIdManager.Instance.GetNextId;
- Attention! This needs a check to see if the objId value used is freed;
