This migrates the validation of `PreviewTransactionDto` to `zod`:

- Remove `PreviewTransactionDtoValidationPipe`
- Add and use `PreviewTransactionDtoSchema` schema
- Infer `PreviewTransactionDto` from schema
- Update tests accordingly
