IGVF-1499 Integrate pager into sortable grid component (#439)

* Initial addition of paging to regular sortable grid.
* Remove unnecessary properties for `<FileTable>` on the MeasurementSet summary page. Remove unnecessary `.isRequired` prop types from `<SortableGrid>`. Have `<FileTable>` do case-insensitive sorting on the `content_type` column.
* Update npm packages.
* Update the file-set table to use the new paging mechanism. Update some of the column sorting to be case insensitive.
* Change `<SampleTable>` to use the new paged sortable grid. Update multiplexed samples summary page to use the new `<SampleTable>`.
* Update `<SequencingFileTable>` to use new `<SortableGrid>`. Update `<SortableGrid>` to pass meta to sorter function.
* Update the modification table to use the new SorttableGrid updates. Change the name from `<ModificationsTable>` to `<ModificationTable>`.
* Update `<BiomarkerTable>` to use the updated `<SortableGrid>`.
* Update `<TreatmentTable>` to use the updated `<SortableGrid>`.
* Update `<DerivedFromTable>` to use the updated `<SortableGrid>`.
* Update `<DocumentTable>` to use updated `<SortableGrid>`.
* Update `<RelatedDonorsTable>` to use the updated `<SortableGrid>`.
* Update `<PhenotypicFeaturesTable>` to use updated `<SortableGrid>`.
* Removed an unused import. Fix a small issue in `sortColumnSpecs` if a schema property has no title.
* Add the ability to hide the table count to `SortableGrid`. Update multireport to use the updated `SortableGrid`.
* Remove some now-unused imports. Remove a now-unused property.
* Remove `PagedDataGrid` and its Jest test.
* Update the SortableGrid and DocumentTable Jest tests.
* Update documentation for SortableGrid.
