Refactor result handler

- Remove blocking PendingData API
- Remove `FetchRequestRemoteData` from `FeatureLocalInterface`
- Remove `FeatureResultInterface`
- Rename `AddResultCallback` to `AddResponseCallback` and return an error if there is already one set for the msgCounter
- Rename `ResultMessage` to `ResponseMessage `
- `ResponseMessage` contains `Data any` instead of `Result *model.ResultDataType`
- Callbacks are invoked for `result` and `reply` messages
- Small HandleMessage refactor
- Added a few tests
