* Remove rendering of construct library set genes and loci, as they were removed in ConstructLibrarySet schema version 5.
* Change `<SeparatedList>` to allow the enclosed list to collapse. Change the two separated lists on the MeasurementSet summary page to use the new `<SeparatedList>`.

* Add collapsible properties to MeasurementSet, CuratedSet, and ConstructLibrarySet. Change `DataItemList` to only draw the borders and padding if more than one item exists in the list.
* Add collapsible lists to the PredictionSet and ModelSet pages. Removed the display of targeted_genes and targeted_loci from the PredictionSet page, as these properties no longer exist.
