Refactor ares_search_int() to take an arbitrary DNS record and remove
the dependency on legacy ares_query* functions. The DNS record is
sent out using ares_send(), and is passed through search_query by encoding
to a string. Also move some ares_query* logic into common ares_dns_*
code, so that it can be shared between ares_search* and ares_query*.
