Only create GErrors with our own error GQuark domain

At the moment plugins are using the error domains interchangably, which means
we have to have multiple g_error_matches() cases for each domain, for each
place we're converting the error.

Also make sure we're returning only a FwupdError from daemon D-Bus methods,
as failures seems to be leaking out, making it impossible for the front-end
to do anything sane.
