Event invites rebased (#461)

* Changes to event sign-up journey:

- Prevent dual sign-up as both coach and student with UI hack for now
- Allow admin to set target audience, ie only send email invites or coaches if desired
- Finally fixed the annoying bug that prevented changing begins_at time on event
- fix tests AND spello
