Add AppStream validation to GitHub CI

Validate AppStream metadata as part of GitHub CI.

AppStream metadata becoming invalid due to stricter validation has
prevented trivial Flathub version updates a few times, requiring any
errors to be fixed before a new build can be published. This should
hopefully reduce such incidents.
