4221 fix explorer calls (#4223)

* fix: dont refetch contract name for bridge receive transaction

* fix: always fetches contractname because of missing counterPartySmallAvatar

* fix: check if events result from getLogs isArray

* fix: should only push txs which are succesfully found

* add isArray safe guard to getabi

* dont run getCounterParty for formatEvent

* use padLeft for bytes32 address string

* add retry for getCounterParty

* fix: should await for catch to work

* add error handling around isArray safeguard

* remove no longer needed isBridgeReceive check

* change isArray check to log data and throw error

* remove usage of Promise.all in syncFromExplorer, remove inner try/catch

* take max blocknumber consideringall events

* fix: getLogs returns blocknumbers as hexdec
