feat(sxproto)!: Parse array with fields as manyof

Also simplify the structure of a manyof to be an array
rather than a message with an implicit "values" array.
This does mean that an empty manyof has no presence in protobuf
due to how repeated fields are encoded (especially unpacked ones).
