Handle new-format Tweets.

ie https://dev.twitter.com/overview/api/upcoming-changes-to-tweets

* Remove 140-character limit on `Tweet.text`.
* Request tweets from the API in 'extended' format.
* Use the `full_text` field instead of `text` where it exists.

Also:

* Stop auto-generating `summary` for ALL `DittoItemModel` descendants. Because
it wasn't very flexible - ie, we couldn't set the summary based on stuff from
the API, because it would get overwritten when saving the object.
