Remove "-c" and simplify parser

Shell support doesn't make much sense - the user can invoke the shell
manually if he wants, and we avoid making assumptions about which
shell to run (/bin/sh? /bin/bash? $SHELL?)

With the new clap we can also simplify the parser, as it can require
arguments by itself.
