9564 geojson mime type support (#9917)

* Added GeoJSON support in definition maps in FeatureInfoUtils.js,
Adjusted available_formats in MapInfoUtils.js to include geojson,
Tweaked getDefaultInfoFormatValueFromLayer in MapInfoUtils.js, added info_format override
for layers with geo+json capabilities when global settings are set to app/json.
Hide GeoJSON information sheet format in global settings in FeatureInfoFormatSelector.jsx,
Added GeoJSON to formatCards in FeatureInfo/index.jsx, looks and behaves exactly the same as app/json configured layers.

* Fix computed property names blunder in INFO_FORMATS_BY_MIME_TYPE in FeatureInfoUtils.js

* FIx highlight feature data call info format, account for geo+json support on specific layers

* Separate mime types from info views.
Added null check in getFeatureInfo call in identify.jsx
Tweaked FeatureInfo.jsx to properly assemble and display cards in layer config.
Added getDefaultViewer call to DefaultViewer.jsx
Added getDefaultViewer call to ViewerPage.jsx
Tweaked FeatureInfoFormatSelector.jsx (global config) to properly display labels due to separation of mime types and info views.
Revert FeatureInfo/index.jsx, use view names for cards.
Changed FeatureInfoUtils.js map defintions, PROPERTIES and TEMPLATE are no longer part of the mime types. adjusted rest of the code accordingly.
Added changes to MapInfoUtils.js, info views are a separate map, added helpers.
Tweaked wms-test.js and wmts-test.js, properties is no longer a valid lookup.

Fix linting.
Update docs.
