* IGVF-1422-schema-search

* Update npm packages
* First attempt at searching schema contents. Disabled titled search. Need to make content search more efficient. Next step is to highlight the individual properties on the individual schema page.
* Highlight individual schema page property names based on search.
* Add control between title and property searches, and allow for both.
* Refactor to remove code duplication.
* Change /profiles page title to “Schema Directory.” Add the Schema Directory button to individual schema pages that can pass the current search term in the /profiles hash.
* Save the current search mode in session storage. Make the search help tip different on the individual schema pages.
* Add a background color to the search panels on the schema directory and individual schema pages.
* Adjust some search-box padding.
* Adjust the scroll margin depending on the width of the content area.
* Make the schema search algorithm more efficient.
* Improve accessibility.
* Correct some CSS classes.
* When going back to the schema directory page from an individual page with a search term entered, automatically switch the schema directory search to properties mode.
* Get Jest tests working.

* New Cypress tests for schema search.
* Update the schema breadcrumbs. Update the dark-mode schema property colors.
* Temporarily configure cdk to point at igvfd dev demo.
* Correct comments.

* Hide search input clear button in Safari and Chrome.
* Rebuild package-lock.json after resolving a merge conflict.
* Revert temporary cdk change.
