* Fix typing to make examples type-correct
  (and add annotations)
* Fix static checking warnings for examples
* Fix static checking for documentation configuration
* Enforce:
* * `ruff` for a whole project except tests
* * `isort` for a whole project
* * `black` also for documentation
* Add git pre-commit hook
