* Preliminary support for Python 3.13a3

* Replace no longer existing function.

* Fix tests on Python 3.13.0a3.

In https://github.com/python/cpython/commit/89cee94b3, a persistent_id class method was added to the stdlib Pickler class. This prevents setting it as an instance attribute.

As a workaround, I updated the tests to use a custom Pickler subclass that overrides the persistent_id method.
