Adds new methods, such as findLongestOpenReadingFrame

Adds getReadingFrames that takes a sequence and returns all six possible frames
Adds getOpenReadingFrames that takes a sequence and returns ORFs but only for that sense
Adds getAllOpenReadingFrames that takes a sequence and returns an array with six arrays containing all the ORFs for all the frames
Adds findLongestOpenReadingFrame that only returns the longest from getAllOpenReadingFrames
Adds translate from dna/rna to aa
Adds removeIntrons, that takes a sequence and an array of exons ranges
Fixes transcribe to get the coding RNA strand
