Pull request description:

  Remove the blanket impls of `Read`, `BufRead`, and `Write`. Replace them with just the impls required to get `rust-bitcoin` building.

  Note, the `TcpStream` stuff is used in `examples/handshake.rs`.

  Fix: #2432
