* Parse complex numbers.

* Create enums

* Box BigInts in token.

* Require a + or - sign for all imaginary parts.

Things like 2i don't seem to usually parse as complex numbers in some Schemes.

* Unify number tokens into a single enum.

* Support parsing complex.

* Finish fraction -> rational rename.

* Support complex number division.

* Polish code_gen eval_atom.

* Rename inexact to float.

* Remove todo.

* Support converting SteelComplex to ExprKind.
