Fixed the 'Cpc.delete_retrieved_internal_code()' method ec_level

Details:

* Fixed the 'Cpc.delete_retrieved_internal_code()' method which passed its
  'ec_level' parameter incorrectly to the HMC operation. (issue #1432)

* Added unit testcases for 'Cpc.delete_retrieved_internal_code()' that would
  have caught the above bug.

* Added unit testcases for 'Cpc.install_and_activate()'.
