chore: Refactor Socket.IO Logic (#55)

* Refactor Socket.IO logic such that we're no longer cramming so many responsibilities into one service.
* Refactor app config logic to be store-driven and use a provider service
* Refactor authentication facade such that consumers throughout the application use a provider service whose only purpose is to give the access token to those who need it
