calculating the file count for a collection by querying mediaflux (#426)

* calculating the file count for a collection by querying mediaflux

* modified the get metadata request to mediaflux to get the number of files through the project accumulator
added a function to the project class that sends a get metadata request to mediaflux
it returns the number of files in a project
added a display on the review contents page for the number of files in a project

* added a spec test to create a project in mediaflux and fetch the accumulator

* cleaning up tests

* rubocop

* setting the api host in the mediaflux yml to be the example
x-ing out the test for fetching collection summary

* adding a todo to the project show spec to figure out how to test mediaflux requests

* Update app/models/mediaflux/http/query_request.rb
