IGVF-1307 Schema title search box (#411)

* Update npm packages.
* Add search field on the profiles page, and highlight any matching schema names.
* Scrolls the first highlighted schema into view as you type.
* Include a button to clear the contents of the schema search field.
* Add placeholder text to the schema name entry.
* Fixed accidentally lowercasing the input text.
* Allow case-insensitive search.
* Revert temporary change to cdk.
