* Add toc to pages.

Useful for browsing the "Built ins" which have many functions.

* Add toc to pages.

Useful for browsing the "Built ins" which have many functions.

* Document how to embed the REPL within a Rust program.

* Update rustdocs and rename to steel_repl::run_repl.

* Document embedding Steel in Rust.

* Delete unused file.

* Outline the important parts of the YAML.

Also add the dylibs feature since it is required.
