Turn on optimisation (#109)

* Update profiling

* Move audio library to IRAM

* Re-enable optimisation for firmware

When the project was converted from ESP-IDF based build to pure cmake,
the common compiler flags set by ESP-IDF for all components stopped
being applied. This included the optimisation level. Now the
optimisation level is set by shrapnel::compiler_warning_flags during
firmware build.
