chore: Make it possible to import common modules from other projects.

This requires a few changes: We have to put various configuration
options in a separate file that we can import. And we also need to
change many references to `CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR` to a reference which
specifically is pointing at the `mender` repository, since that
variable normally points to the top level directory of the whole
project. When we are importing this is not the `mender` repo.
