Matplotlib and Integration Test Fixes (#213)

* Re-enable QA options and add helper function to set matplotlib backend.

* Work on updating new integration test and pipeline to handle re-enabled QA.

* Update new integration test to call desisim commands in the same way as the old test.

* fix typo in fibermap option location

* New integration works on local computer.

* Move new integration test into place and rename old integration test for reference.  New integration test uses actual pipeline for running and works on edison compute nodes with matplotlib.

* turn off xvfb for Travis tests

* don't use env.txt; use $PRODNAME as default production name

* use $DESI_ROOT to find standard stars; more debugging printouts

* ok if $DESI_ROOT isn't set
