config(dap-mode): fewer windows, eschew hydra, add repeat map

Breakpoints and REPL are no longer automatically shown.

The hydra is no longer shown when DAP stops. In fact, it is no longer
bound. Instead a repeat map was added.

There are now many bindings in ambassador for dap-mode instead of just
single one, command `wal-debug` was removed.
