Stop using SolarCalculator because it can't represent more than one dawn or dusk of the same type on the same day, and it has very broken handling of polar days/nights, morning sunsets/evening sunrises, and ordering of events. Replaced with JS code ported from NOAA's web site to C#, looping through the minutes of a day to generate straightforward events. Also added DecimalMath. Separated solar calculations from stream logic.
